Booking conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization can be made from the date of reservation to the date of check-in. This will correspond to the amount of your first night at the establishment. The security deposit will be fully returned to you if no damage was noted by the property upon departure. When booking 4 rooms or more, different conditions and additional supplements may apply.
Secure transaction
Our site uses some of the most advanced current internet security technologies. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a leading technology in the field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data flow encryption. In addition, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to avoid interference and prevent intrusion.
Cancelling or changing the reservation of a service
For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided at a specific date or period. For each Service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation. Bookings with prepayment cannot be subject to any changes and/or cancellations. Deposits (amounts paid in advance) will not be refunded. In this case, it is mentioned in the Special Conditions.
When the Special Conditions allow it:
- the modification or cancellation of the reservation of a Service by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and by following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- the modification or cancellation of the reservation of a Service can be made directly on the Site through the “Modify or cancel a reservation” section;
- the modification or cancellation of the reservation of a Service can be made directly to the establishment, whose contact details, in particular telephone, are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email. In the event of interruption of a Service due to the Customer, the full agreed price will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment prior to the stay, no refund will be granted. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of the cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees are not refundable if a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate is selected. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable. In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of the cancellation fees (exception of non-cancellable and non-refundable offers).
Taxes
Rates are shown including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.
Arrival time/Departure time
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Invoicing for an additional night may result from non-compliance with this departure deadline. It is recommended that you use the “Comments or additional information” box on the reservation form to let you know your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late. Arrival time (from): 15:00

Consumer Mediator
The Customer is informed by L'Auberge du Cabestan of the possibility of using, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code. After contacting the Management of L'Auberge du Cabestan and in the absence of a conclusive response within 60 days, you can contact the mediator at the coordinates below.

Law applicable to dispute resolution
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without impeding any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
